CORENET X New Regulatory Approval for Building Works (RABW)
About This Course
This course will equip Built Environment Professionals with the knowledge for navigating the new regulatory approval process for building works (RABW). In this class, learners will be taken through the new 3-Gateway submission process, the requirements at each gateway, joint-submission, plan processing, and RABW's supporting mechanisms. Learners will work on case studies for practical application of agency and gateway requirements.

Entry Requirements
• At least a diploma in architecture, green building and sustainability, mechanical and electrical, mechatronics, civil, structural engineering, aerospace engineering, landscape architecture, interior design, sustainable urban design and engineering, or any built-environment related course
• English language proficiency at GCE ‘O’ level of C6 and above, or WSQ Workplace Literacy skills of Level 6 and above
• No prior working experience required*
*Learners who do not qualify in terms of education but have at least one year working experience in the Built Environment will be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
