It is designed to cater to learners from various backgrounds and industries, ranging from start-ups and small enterprises to established companies, and from legal professionals and patent agents to anyone interested in comprehending the strategic significance of IP within the business context.
Learners should have at least a diploma or equivalent educational qualifications, and be able to listen to, speak, read and write English and use numeracy skills at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 4.
