About This Course
To address the following.
1. Weaken Service - There has been significant needs to close the gaps in service rendered to foreign employees in Singapore, with some reference to recent incidents at dormitory that reflect the need to strengthen the services.
2. Lacking Soft Skills in Operators - Our surveys reflect that there are needs for proper training in the dormitory or housing sector that accommodate foreign workers. While there are plenty of related trainings available, one that cater to this sector may not be apparent.
3. Demonstrating our Services - The training aimed to revitalize learner to establish the skill and knowledge in the response to manage incident effectively with applying safety measures, utilizing resources available to support, and integrated control with supporting team. The training also aimed to let learner, experience, and demonstrate their skill and knowledge competency in effectively responding to manage incident with their safety in mind, resources they can activate, and integrated control support management within the supporting team.
4. Roleplay - This inculcate in them the effectiveness and its ability to engage actively in a simulate real-life situations, and to expose to a wide range of knowledge and skills, in applying individual safety measures, and utilizing supporting team to respond to various incident and timely control. This will lead to greater commitment in their jobs and greater staying power.

(LU2). The complexity then increases in applying communication procedures with residents and managing their needs during an incident. (LU3).

For this course, learners are assumed to possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Language ability: English proficiency, WSQ Level 3
- Educational level: 'N' Level above
- Numeracy proficiency: WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) LEVEL 3
