About This Course
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
• LO1: Develop communication channels to enhance organisational communication according to organisational policies and procedures.
• LO2: Establish organizational communication strategies that demonstrate the organisation’s values and ethics.
• LO3: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop plans to achieve strategic priorities to support the direction of the organisa-tion to influence organisation decision making.
• LO4: Review organizational strategies for professional development of personal leadership style to determine the alignment between personal ethics and values.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
The learner should possess at least:
· GCE ‘O’ level Credit (at least C6) in English and Mathematics or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) score: Level 7 for Reading, Listening and Numeracy, and
· With at least 3 years senior managerial working experience in retail or Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) position in non-retail sector
*Learners who do not have the necessary educational qualifications but have at least 3 years of relevant working experience may be accepted on a case-by-case basis subject to the approval of the Management Representative (MR).
