About This Course
Graduates of the GCLBX will not only better appreciate the possibilities of fruitful action emerging from cross-boundary situations but will also better relate to such work, identify opportunities for learning and innovation, and construct change intervention that supports the work of their teams and organisations.
The GCLBX is a core certificate of the Master in Boundary-Crossing Learning and Leadership (MBX), and stackable towards that qualification.

Entry Requirements
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
1) Possess at least an undergraduate degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
2) Possess at least 2 years of work experience, since practice and work contexts would be the basis for the application of learning to and from the programme
4) must be Singapore citizen, permanent resident or a resident in Singapore (e.g Employment Pass Holder)
