About This Course
Reflexive Practice for Personal Effectiveness trains your ability to do two things at the same time: look within yourself and also moderate your impact on others.
LO1: Identify individual’s concept-of-self to develop awareness on its impact to others.
LO2: Apply tools and techniques to perform self-assessment and self-monitoring.
LO3: Apply critical reflection to process limiting aspects of an individual’s concept-of-self for personal competence development.
LO4: Interpret supervision and feedback for continuous improvement and professional development.
LO5: Identify and acquire additional competencies and development needs to enhance effectiveness in professional practice.
LO6: Apply adjustments to behavioral markers to enhance professional effectiveness in accordance with ethical principles and code of practice.
What You'll Learn
You will discover the cognition, emotional and behavioural patterns that recur across your professional activities and practice - why you perform better in certain situations and struggle with certain relationships and experience repetitive challenges. You will learn to apply strategic actionables that help you overcome your limitations.

Entry Requirements
▪ Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
▪ Basic IT proficiency that extends to the use of the internet, email, Microsoft Word, Google Forms or its equivalent software
