Bridging Gaps with Effective Workplace Communication offers you science-based communication techniques to engage with a wide range of audiences, read people and implement adjustments that narrow the gap of differences.
This is a hands-on, experiential learning programme that offers application-based practice and brain-based learning. You will be equipped with the skills for verbal and non-verbal communication, calibrate rapport, as well as NLP techniques for creating clear lines of communication. You will be able to pick up unspoken cues and decode people’s communication styles in as short as a 5-minute conversation; expand your communication flexibility to enhance first impressions and deepen connection.
The knowledge and practice you gain from the course will empower you to communicate with clarity and impact, and narrow the gap between “best intentions vs impression” perceived by others in a professional setting.

Entry Requirements

▪ Basic IT proficiency that extends to the use of the internet, email, Microsoft Word, Google Forms or its equivalent software
