About This Course
"Coaching to Build Ownership and Drive Performance” aims to address one of the most important needs of the workforce today: How to empower people to drive themselves toward higher performance.
This course offers leaders and coaches four important developments:
(1) The ability to hold coaching conversations that foster ownership and commitment, rather than resistance or mere compliance.
(2) A Generative Coaching mindset that enhances both the coachee’s resourcefulness and the leader’s effectiveness.
(3) Science-backed tools and frameworks for driving improvement and tracking performance.
(4) This course is one of the prerequisites for the Associate Coach training, accredited by the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI), Germany. Upon completing all training and coaching hour requirements, participants can apply for ICI-accredited Associate Coach (AC) certification.
This hands-on, experiential program emphasizes supervised practice, NLP tools, feedback, and brain-based learning.

Entry Requirements
▪ Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
▪ Basic IT proficiency that extends to the use of the internet, email, Microsoft Word, Google Forms or its equivalent software
