About This Course
This course aims to equip learners with the essential skills to fabricate, store, and cook a variety of fish and seafood. Participants will gain hands-on experience in identifying different types of fish and seafood, understanding their parts and uses, and mastering proper selection, storage, and handling techniques. The course will also cover effective cooking methods for seafood dishes, as well as the nutritional benefits of commonly used seafood. By the end of the course, learners will be competent in preparing seafood for diverse culinary applications.

1. Be minimum 16 years of age
2. Have completed primary 6 or equivalent level of education.
